About Us

 

We are a dedicated collection of precision chefs, based in the Cotswolds on a beautiful farm.

Our Director Lottie has a varied background in food amongst other things. Working with the fabulous Daylesford Organics at the Kingham location in the early days, through to gastro pubs, catering for private shoot parties, weddings and working in prestigious ski resorts around Europe. She also has vast experience within front of house, working in a multitude of locations including Michelin starred Lords of the Manor.  

The beginning of 2020 brought new opportunities to the fore, and so Private Catering Ltd was born. We are offering an all-encompassing catering company with an overflowing wealth of knowledge and expertise to surpass most.

We are taking bookings for 2020-2021 for all events, and of course weddings. We have a fabulous team in front of house, along with several contacts to supply everything from plates to beautiful cake stands. We aim to remove the stress out of the catering aspect of weddings and large functions. Our Director will oversee each booking, to ensure our standard is maintained, a standard of perfection. We love what we do, which makes what we do seamless.

We are also now offering our services on a consultancy basis. We come to restaurants to see how you can improve. We step in the shoes of your staff and customer, and from a fresh viewpoint see what can be done to improve your business. At times this has meant us working with clients for a month or so to get a kitchen back in full swing and refreshing chefs and waiting staff. This service is offered nationwide.

Some of our chefs are willing travellers. Should it be a yacht, chalet or villa one of our team will be happy to be your private chef for your time abroad. Please note we do generally need a minimum of 2 weeks’ notice.
